EZ Office+ is a recently developed application that offers a user-friendly, efficient, and intuitive interface, incorporating numerous features requested by its customer base. Recognized as one of the most downloaded office design applications on the App Store, it provides a practical platform for creating office layouts.

The app enables users to design office spaces directly on their iPad, iPhone, or iPod by placing items on the frontal view of each room wall. Users can insert cabinets, furniture, and decorative accessories, choosing from a variety of materials and finishes including different woods, colors, and accessories. Completed designs can be saved locally or exported via email in formats such as .pdf, .png, .jpg, or .dxf.

The design process is streamlined into three clear steps:

<li>Specify the number of walls and input their dimensions.</li>
<li>Add cabinets to each wall and customize their size and placement.</li>
<li>Select materials and finishes for cabinets and walls and add accessories and decorative elements to finalize the design.</li>
</ol>

<li>Capability to define up to four walls with varying lengths.</li>

<li>Features for copying items or creating symmetries, allowing changes in door wings and other configurations.</li>
<li>Independent material customization for cabinets, handles, and frames/moldings.</li>
<li>Ability to generate horizontal material combinations for walls using paints, tiles, wood, or marble—useful for creating backsplashes and other finishes.</li>
<li>Automatic generation of item lists within the design alongside snapshots of each wall for documentation purposes—these can be emailed directly from the app.</li>
<li>A built-in file manager facilitating saving, opening, and deleting designs stored on the device.</li>
</ul>

Upon completion of a design, users can export their work in various formats:
<ul>
<li>PDF format for images suitable for printing or viewing with standard PDF readers; available in Letter or DinA4 sizes.</li>
<li>Image formats such as PNG and JPG for versatile use.</li>
<li>A detailed textual list of all items included in the design, available via email.</li>
<li>DXF files compatible with AutoCAD or other CAD software for further editing and refinement.</li>
